In the best area of Santa Pola, only 50 meters from the new commercial centre "Polamax" with cinemas, supermarkets, shops and cafes there is a Villa Mediterraneo complex. - The roof is tiled, it consists of partitions and ceramic plates with fiberglass insulation and is covered with curved ceramic tiles.
FLOORS AND TILES
The floors inside the flats are covered with porcelain tiles of the best quality with the skirting from the same material.
In the kitchens and in the bathrooms the floors are covered with porcelain tiles.
In the balconies and in the terraces the floors are covered with pressed tiles 20x20 cm placed with thin joints.
The walls in the kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms are covered vitrified tiles with decorative borders.
WALL AND CEILING COATING
False ceilings from plaster in the bathrooms, passageways, kitchens and in the places where it is necessary to hide some cables and devices.
Decorative molding all over the flat except bathrooms and passageways.
Spray plaster finish in the horizontal and vertical surfaces. Ready for painting.
Smooth plastic paint in vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Inside passage doors are made of a white lacquered whole sheet. Joints and locks of stainless steel.

In accordance with the Law Tension Rules the electrification is high, 9Kw. The devices are of “Simon 31” model or similar.
There are TV and telephone sockets in accordance with the project adapted to the current rules.
In apartments with the limited access to the basement floor with parking lots.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
In all the flats the air conditioning system by ducts is installed.
All the flats are equipped with all the necessary devices like glass ceramic cooking top and extractor hood.
